The breakfast was free with fresh fruit and also healthy options, we liked everything. Location: the hotel was close to the lakefront and surrounding shops and restaurants, WrigleyVille, and the downtown.

Well, I did not stay to much but I lked verry much the location, easy to access to bussess lines to reach downtown. Also it's located in shoping area. The staff were verry nice and welcoming and for sure if I will come again I will choose same hotel. Also it's good that has breakfast included. Wish you good luck and a lot of customers. The staff was very helpful and seemed excited to welcome me.In the room I was renting, the tv wasn't working properly. I called the front desk to tell them about it . I was told that the service man was gone for the day so the issued me another room right away with a working tv I was impressed by that and was happy. Ten minutes after moving to the new room I got a call from the front desk to check to see if I was pleased. They went out of thier way to make my stay a pleasent one.

I liked the location and the walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a relaxing quality to the hotel with a quiet ambiance. I appreciated a parking spot too.

The rooms here are well-equipped, recently updated, and come with a double bed and donuts, just like they show in their marketing - we had no issues and plan to return.

It was a great price for the location. My husband and I went to Chicago for a concert at Wrigley field and ended up staying here. Basically all we wanted was a place to sleep. We knew it'd be a late night and we were planning on leaving as soon as we woke up. I'm glad those were our plans as the room was very small. Not necessarily a bad thing, things were clean, but old. It's a bit of a walk to Wrigley Field from here, about 15 or 20 minutes, but not too bad. I'd stay here again if we have the same itinerary, but if we were plannign on spending any time in the room we may kick in a few extra bucks for a little nicer room at another hotel.

i like the staffs attitude they are very helpful and knows the area very well.i myself work in a hospitality industry so i truly believe it's the staff attitude that makes a hotel different from any other hotel .
i love the fact that its an old hotel, there is a little bit of Old and new but i think the management should invest with good carpeting in the room and in the hallway, and a lot of housekeeping work needed too i believe they should not sacrifice the quality of service because of some budget issue.but to some it up my stay was ok.

The overall European flavor of the hotel.
I believe i was bitten by a bed bug that left a welt the size of a grapefruit. Also the breakfast area wasn't very good as far as selection.

The room was big and not noisy at all.
For the price, you would expect to have free internet access in the room, but there is only a common PC in the lobby with free internet. The breakfast did not agree with our stomachs and it was of poor quality.
